3. Disclosure of data

A transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below does not take place.

We only disclose your personal information to third parties if:

• You have given express consent to this according to Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. a GDPR,

• The disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR is required to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have a predominantly legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,

• in the event that there is a legal obligation for disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, and

• this is legally permissible and is required for the settlement of contractual relationships with you according to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.


4. Cookies

We use cookies. These are small files that your browser creates and saves automatically to your device (laptop, tablet, smart phone etc.) when you visit our website. Cookies do not harm your device, they do not contain viruses, trojans or any other harmful software. In a cookie, you can only find information connected with your device. This doesn't mean that we could identify who you are in any way. Cookies help us optimize our website and make it more user friendly. 5. Making contact

There are many ways to get in contact with us on our website. You can contact us via email, fax, telephone or contact form on the website itself. The scope of the data collection is determined by your details and chosen contact type. Any information will be used exclusively for corresponding (processing of the request and its processing). If your relevant concern concerns an existing contractual relationship or pre-contractual measures, the legal basis for the data processing according to Art. 6 (1) (b) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is given. Otherwise, we base data processing on legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The storage duration is determined by the purpose. Once the conversation is ended and the facts of the matter have been finally clarified, the personal data will be deleted. No data will be transferred to any third parties.


6. Contract data processing

Insofar as our activities involve data processing by a responsible party, this is carried out on the basis of a statutory license from Art. 6 GDPR and in accordance with the requirements of Art. 28 GDPR.


7. Google Analytics

As part of contracted data processing under our agreement with Google Inc., we use Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web-based analyzing service from Google Inc. which helps us evaluate the usage of our website statistically in order to optimize our offers. We base the usage of Google Analytics for the above mentioned purposes on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR). „Google Analytics“ is a product of Google Inc. (https://www.google.com/intl/en/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereafter “Google”). Google uses pseudonymized user profiles and with the help of cookies, evaluates the usage of our online offer in order to create reports regarding the activity on our website.

For Google Analytics we use IP-Anonymizing. The anonymization of the IP address takes place before the collected data is saved or processed in Google's data collection network. Because the IP is anonymized, there is no connection to the actual person.
